1. Who handles your information
A&A TAX CONSULTANTS L.L.C (A&A, we, us) operates aataxconsultancy.ae. We are a Dubai single-owner limited liability company holding commercial licence 1492706.
This notice covers website enquiries, related CRM records, follow-up communications and website measurement. It does not replace any additional information supplied for a specific client engagement.

2. Information you provide
Our enquiry forms request contact and business details relevant to your request. Depending on the form, these include your name, email, phone number, company, service interests, transaction range, preferred start date, referral source and message. We also receive the information you choose to share during follow-up conversations.
Do not enter passwords, identity documents, bank details or confidential client records into general website enquiry fields. Ask our team how to provide documents needed for an engagement.
3. Enquiries and CRM records
We use your details to respond to questions, discuss the services you need, prepare proposals and maintain follow-up records. Website forms send enquiries to Zoho CRM and send a separate email notification to our enquiry team through EmailJS and our connected email provider. These notifications contain the contact details and message you submit, including the relevant website page.
We currently keep CRM records long-term without a fixed deletion schedule. Unsubscribing from offers does not itself delete your CRM record. You can ask about the information held about you or request deletion by emailing our privacy contact; any applicable record-keeping requirements and legal exceptions will need to be considered.
4. Email and WhatsApp offers
When you agree to receive marketing, we may occasionally send offers by email and WhatsApp. The unsubscribe link lets you stop offers through both channels. If you have trouble using it, contact sales@aataxconsultancy.ae.
Sending an enquiry is not, by itself, agreement to receive promotional messages. Marketing preferences are separate from communications about a request or service you have asked us to handle.
5. Website measurement and providers
The website and its providers process technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, referring pages, visit times and interactions. Cookies and similar technologies can be involved.
- Vercel hosts the website and the endpoint that receives enquiries.
- Zoho CRM stores and manages submitted enquiries.
- EmailJS and our connected email provider process enquiry details to deliver email notifications to our team. Enquiry copies may be retained in delivery history and team mailboxes.
- Google Analytics measures visits, traffic sources and interactions such as successful form submissions and contact-button clicks.
- Google Ads measures advertising and enquiry conversions; Google Tag Manager loads measurement tools.
- Microsoft Clarity collects interaction information for heatmaps and session replay, helping us understand how the website is used.
Microsoft may collect or receive personal information through Clarity and process it under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Google explains its processing in its information for visitors to partner websites.
Google Maps and Wistia content may also process technical information when loaded or used. External providers may process data outside the UAE; this notice does not promise UAE-only storage.
6. Cookies and external services
Optional website tracking is off until you accept it. Our cookie controls offer Accept cookies and Reject cookies, with a link to this policy. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity are managed together under one optional tracking setting. Rejecting it does not prevent you from using our enquiry forms, calculators, phone links or WhatsApp links.
You can reopen Cookie preferences from the footer to change your choice. We store that choice in this browser for up to 180 days. If browser storage is unavailable, it applies only to the current page. Turning tracking off after it has loaded reloads the page to stop those tools; save any unfinished enquiry first. This does not remove information previously collected or delete your CRM enquiry.
This setting controls the three measurement tools above. Embedded Google Maps and Wistia content, website hosting and external services have their own data processing. Cookie choices are separate from agreement to receive email or WhatsApp offers.
You can block or remove cookies in your browser settings. This may affect site features and does not necessarily stop every type of technical data collection. Unsubscribing from offers does not change your browser cookie settings.
WhatsApp and social-media links open separate services with their own privacy notices. A call button opens your device’s calling option. A recorded button click does not mean a call was completed or a WhatsApp message was sent.
7. Your privacy requests
Contact sales@aataxconsultancy.ae to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Depending on the law applicable to your circumstances, rights may also include access, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Conditions and exceptions may apply.
Please describe your request without sending unnecessary sensitive documents. Identity verification may be needed before records can be disclosed or changed.
